SUBJECT: Sandburg: We Need YOU!

Team Sandburg,

We need YOUR help!  We have over 30 doors that need to be decorated!  Please sign-up to assist - it's easy.  Search for inspiration online and simply recreate at home!  This is a fun activity to do with your student(s) or friends and a beautiful way to honor a special staff member.

Prepare your door in advance and drop off by Friday, or join us to hang the door decorations on Sunday, May 4th, from 1 pm - 4 pm. Email us with any questions: sandburgpto@gmail.com

STEAM Fair was a popular event last week, and a round of applause to all the participants!

Destination Imagination: we are hopeful to bring back this program to our school for the 2025-26 school year.  This after school program will only be available for grades 3-5, and is heavily dependent on Parent Volunteers.  If interested, complete this google form and more information will be provided as teams are compiled.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Book Swap! We collected over 1,800 books, and over 400 students took home new-to-them books!  A giant thank you to all the volunteers who made it happen - sorting books and helping students!

Our next Out & About is another visit from Kona Ice on May 6th followed closely by Chipotle on May 8th.  Chipotle will be donating 25% of sales back to Sandburg! We hope you can join us!
