Picture Day is almost here.

• Thursday, August 20: 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades
• Friday, August 21: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades

A few important reminders:

• Background selections must be made by August 19.
• Orders placed after August 30 will incur a late fee.

Be sure to place your order and select your preferred background before the deadlines.

We're still looking for a few amazing volunteers to serve as room parents this year.

• Mayo - 1
• Russell - 1
• McGillis - 2

Room parents play an important role in helping communicate classroom information, coordinating celebrations, and supporting teachers throughout the year. If you're interested, please fill out this online interest form. We'd love to have you!

PLEASE also make sure you have opted into BOTH platforms below to receive important communication this shool year.

- Membership Toolkit: Families must opt in each school year to be included in classroom lists, receive classroom-specific updates, communication from your room parent.

- Fill out the Class Communications Opt In doc by Sept. 4th.

Fall enrichment registration is now open! There are a variety of great opportunities for students to learn, explore new interests, and have fun after school.

Mark your calendars for our first-ever Sandburg Family Movie Night on Friday, September 18.

Doors open at 6:45, movie at 7:30pm, and presale tickets are coming soon.

We'll be sharing more details later, but for now, save the date and plan to join us for a fun evening with friends and families from our Sandburg community.
