Hi Sandburg families,

We were disappointed we had to postpone our first Sandburg Movie Night due to the weather, but we’ll share the new date and details once they’re finalized. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and planned to join us. We’re looking forward to getting our Sandburg families together for a movie under the stars.

There is a lot more coming up as we head into October. 

Run4Funds is less than two weeks away, and you should have received a separate email yesterday with everything you need to start fundraising and help us work toward our $50,000 goal. 

Also, be on the lookout for information about upcoming parent/teacher conferences.

Fall Family Mini Photo Sessions are coming to Sandburg up on Sunday, October 4 from 2-6 PM. 

Each session is approximately 10 minutes, making it an easy way to get updated family photos while also helping raise money for our school.

Sessions are prepaid and spots are limited, so scan the QR code below to reserve your time and pay in advance.

We also need volunteers! If you can lend a hand during the event, please sign up here.

The LPS Board of Education has voted to place a Mill Levy Override (Ballot Measure 4A) on the November ballot. If passed, the Mill Levy Override would provide essential funding for teachers, staff, and programs in Littleton Public Schools.

Families interested in learning more about the campaign or volunteering during election season can visit the Citizens for LPS website. If you have any other questions or would like more information on when, where, and how to volunteer, you can also attend our next PTO meeting to learn more.

Missing a sweatshirt, water bottle, lunchbox or something else? 

Remind your student to stop by Lost & Found on the way to the cafeteria and take a look.

All remaining items will be donated on October 14, so please check for missing belongings before then.

The 31st Annual Stride is Sunday, October 25, and participating is a great way to support Littleton Public Schools and Sandburg.

This year, $15,000 in Health & Wellness grants are available through school contests, including $2,000 for the elementary school with the highest participation. The more Sandburg families who participate, the better our chance to earn additional funds for our school!
