Welcome to December! Can you believe there is less than 3 weeks until the winter break?! But even with the short month, there is still so much happening at Sandburg.
To start, we want to remind everyone that our Sandburg Pride Social is this week! Join us right after school Thursday, 12/7 from 2:45-4:00pm to celebrate our Mountain Lion Pride on the south playground. Don't forget to dress in Sandburg colors!!
The Holiday Giving Campaign is in full swing! Thank you to everyone who has already made a contribution and/or donation. It is so appreciated and makes a BIG difference for many! However, with 8 families that could use some extra support this year, there are still more items needed (particularly gas and grocery gift cards). Click here to view the SignUp Genius. All new, unwrapped gifts are due to the front office by Friday, Dec. 15th.
Keep reading to hear about this year's Holiday Staff Giving, volunteer opportunities with our social committee, as well as a reminder about our StreetSmarts program.
