Ways we communicate with you!

In an effort to communicate responsibly, Sandburg PTO is working hard to reduce paper use. Therefore, throughout the year, the following are the main forms of communication from PTO. Please make sure your family’s contact information is activated and up-to-date in Membership Toolkit. News is emailed weekly and monthly to those families with accounts. You can also find updates on the PTO website & the lobby bulletin board.

  • Once a week you will receive an email with current school news, upcoming events & volunteer opportunities. Please take a moment to read this valuable information and consider how you can get involved.

  • If there is anything you would like added or shared in the newsletter, please email sandburgptocomms@gmail.com.

  • This site is updated regularly so please use this site as an additional resource for school and community happenings.

Infinite Campus (School Administration and District use) 

  • The district and our front office will communicate through this parent portal. School closures, delays, holidays, late starts and emergency info will be emailed from here.
